Orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to our team beginning to process your order for shipping. One of our team members will let you know if it is still possible to cancel your order.

For refunds after your order has shipped, you may return items in their original, unopened, and undamaged packaging (shipped at your expense) to our store within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the actual shipping costs we incurred. If the packaging is damaged, only a partial refund will be issued.

Please note that we cannot accept returns of any product once it has been opened, and we will not refund the purchase price. To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in the same condition you received them: unopened, sealed, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree that neither the courier (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS) nor D&M Treatments can be held liable for packages marked as Delivered that are subsequently stolen or go missing. If a package disappears from your property after being marked as Delivered, you must report the theft to the local Police Department and file a claim with your home insurance. A refund will not be issued by the courier or D&M Treatments, and products will not be re-sent. If you will not be available at the time of Delivery, it is best to contact the courier to reschedule to avoid this potential issue. All couriers are equipped with GPS devices, and regardless of whether a signature is required, the location of the courier at the time of Delivery is logged and will be used as evidence that the package was properly Delivered.

Packages are insured while "In Transit" only. If there is a problem with your shipment before it is marked as "Delivered," we will be able to file an insurance claim and ultimately re-send your purchase.


At this time we are unable to do exchanges. Your order will need to be fully refunded, and a brand new order placed with the new item.

When returning products, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. The refund will be processed only upon receipt of the product.
